1. Backing 30 regional female founders:
- Invest in 30 women-led businesses outside London.
- Provide capital + hands-on support to scale bold ideas.
- Fuel momentum where female founders are underfunded.
- Being a leading player in a female focussed co-investment fund
2. Activating 75 new women investors:
- Equip 75 women to become angel investors.
- Lower barriers with low ticket sizes & SEIS/EIS education.
- Normalise angel investing as a wealth-building strategy.
3. Creating a community of 500 women in VC & co-investment:
- Expand our database to 500 diverse women in VC.
- Leverage the 28x co-investment multiplier effect, recognising and capitalising on the proven advantages of investing in female-led teams.
- Make women investors more visible, connected and powerful.
4. Educating 500 female founders
- Train 500 founders to be investment-ready.
- Build financial mastery, confidence and investor literacy.
- Equip women to pitch for high-growth rounds and scale with resilience.
5. Uniting 1,000 people at investment events
- Host Athena Festival, Athena VC and Lifted Women Angels Conference.
- Bring together 1,000 investors and founders.
- Spark regional investment magic, where deals and partnerships begin.
