What we do

How we increase the flow of capital to female founders

We have a large and growing number of angel investor members who understand the business benefits of backing women-led enterprises. We welcome men who want to invest alongside us.

Our connections to venture capital organisations are significant. We build relationships with women and male allies in organisations that advocate for our investment opportunities. We host a large annual women in VC conference, Athena VC.

We provide high-quality, financial and investment literacy for female founders and women angel investors via Athena Labs, and the Lifted Academy.

Working alongside highly qualified, and relevant partners we are building a series of documents which demonstrate the highly investable qualities of diverse female founders.

Building an exclusive community for female founders who have completed a Lifted Ventures founder education programme or pitched to our investors. Designed to keep the connection, learning and support going long after the programme ends.
